Luke and How Minds Work
I create guided grief, anxiety, exhaustion, and emotional-completion rituals that take under two minutes to begin. Eight core practices from How Minds Work have reached 50+ million views.
About the work
How Minds Work is built for the moment when advice is technically true but your body still does not know what to do next. Each practice gives that moment a shape: an object to hold, a sentence to speak, a breath to follow, or a small action that marks a change.
The work stays practical and private. You do not need the perfect belief system, a public performance, or a long list of supplies. You need a safe place, a few deliberate minutes, and permission to stop if a practice is not right for you.
These rituals are educational and supportive. They do not replace medical care, crisis support, or work with a licensed mental-health professional.
